Find Your Band Size:

  • Round the measurement to the nearest whole number. This is your band size.

Find Your Bust Size:

  • Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, usually around your nipples.
  • Keep the tape straight and snug, but not too tight.
  • Round the measurement to the nearest whole number.

Calculate Your Cup Size:

  • Subtract your band size from your bust size.
  • Use the difference to find your cup size on a chart:
  • 1 inch difference = A cup
  • 2 inches difference = B cup
  • 3 inches difference = C cup
  • 4 inches difference = D cup
  • And so on.

For example, if your band size is 34 inches and your bust size is 38 inches, the difference is 4 inches, which usually corresponds to a D cup. So, your bra size would be 34D.
